90 Minute session comprised of: Review of the intake form, assessment (a head to toe postural assessment, range of motion, and spinal curve measurements). A review of the assessment results will be review along with a treatment plan. If time permits therapy to address the client's concerns will be addressed. Follow up appointments are suggested after the initial appointment.

Initial Session Neurosomatic Therapy

90 minute session to follow the Initial session. The focus of a follow up session is to address the client concerns given the results of the assessment that was completed upon the initial session. The follow up session are primary comprised of massage therapy techniques such as Neurosomatic therapy, Myofascial release, cranialsacral, and movement therapy. A brief assessment is done at the beginning of the session. 

90 Min Follow-Up Therapy Session

30 Min Follow-Up Therapy Session

Initial evaluation involves review of intake form, the clients goals, a full function movement assessment, Postural assessment, range of motion assessment, Functional core assessment. After all assessments are taken. An evaluation of the results and the client's goals are used to create a comprehensive corrective exercise program to meet the client's goals.

Training session

a 30 minute Call to review the result of the 4 Doctors Questionnaire. This will give you the experience of working with with Tim Janak Jr or Sr on your health goals. With it be to get out of pain or to age gracefully and enjoy you life the way you dream it to be!

A 15 minute introductory call to learn more about you and your desires towards working to wards a health and vibrant lifestyle.

Exploration

A safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. 

This one-on-one therapy sessions is hands-on treatments during which a multitude of Myofascial Release techniques and movement therapy is applied. 

Session can also include a brief education of proper body mechanics, self treatment, enhancement of strength, improved flexibility, and postural and movement awareness.

60 min MFR Therapy Session

Starts January 9th Monday at 6 pm. Focused on natural and effective ways to decrease Inflammation through everyday lifestyle habits. This program meets 6 Mondays in a Row Starting on January 9th.
